Who we are

Pulsedu is built and operated by Xeo Information Systems LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with offices in Pune and Nagpur. This policy covers both this website (pulsedu.com) and, at a high level, the Pulsedu platform.

Scope: this website vs. the Pulsedu platform

This website is our marketing site. The Pulsedu platform — the product schools log into — runs under a separate agreement with each institution. For platform data, the school is the data controller and we act as the processor on its instructions.

If you are a parent, student, or staff member with questions about data your school manages in Pulsedu, your school is the right first contact. We're happy to help too: privacy@pulsedu.com.

What this website collects

Two forms, nothing else. The demo form collects your name, work email, school or institution, and optionally your role and school size. The newsletter form collects your email address.

Submissions are delivered to our team as email via ZeptoMail, a transactional email service by Zoho, and are not stored in any other system.

This site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no tracking cookies. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored only in your browser's localStorage and is never transmitted to us.

How we use what you share

Demo requests are used to respond to you and schedule your walkthrough. Newsletter emails are used to send the newsletter — tell us once at privacy@pulsedu.com (or reply to any issue) and you're off the list.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Platform data and where it lives

Each institution chooses where its Pulsedu data is hosted: India, the United States, or Europe. Data is encrypted at rest, access is scoped by fine-grained permissions, and every sensitive action is recorded in a full audit trail.

We follow practices aligned with the GDPR and India's DPDP Act. Formal certifications are on our roadmap; we don't claim any certification we don't hold.

Retention and export

Website form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your request or run the newsletter.

Platform data belongs to the school: it is exportable at any time, and it leaves with you if you ever stop using Pulsedu.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@pulsedu.com and we'll act on it promptly.

Children's data

Student records in Pulsedu are processed on behalf of schools, under their control and their agreements with families. We never use student data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the platform for the school.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update it here and revise the date at the top of this page. Significant changes affecting platform customers are communicated directly.
